The trees are shedding their leaves designing beautiful carpets in the streets, the temperatures are getting crisp and the days a bit shorter. It’s the perfect time of the year to start gathering together around the fireplace, enjoying the good company of our friends and cuddling ourselves with a cup of tea or hot chocolate.
Your afternoon teas, lunches, and breakfasts can get an extra pinch of beauty to enjoy wintertime the right way. Cozy moments like these call for special companions, like our new Prikker cups and beakers, potteries that are part of a broader, delicate collection we created with art director Gintare Marcel and artisan Nata Pestune.
“Beauty lies in simplicity, in small details that are able to spark a sense of wellbeing”. That is what we had in mind when setting together the Prikker collection. We wanted to create a kaleidoscope of handcrafted bowls, cups, and plates that were suitable for different purposes.
Versatility is indeed the feature we love most of our new creations: each piece is internally glazed and can be used as kitchenware as well as a home accessory. Our plates can host tasty fruits as well as jewelry and candles. Bowls are perfect for a loaded table, for a healthy breakfast or to serve as special boxes full of mini deco wonders. And the beakers, perfect for drinking, can easily turn into original cacti planters. To conclude, the collection also contains two elegant and timeless vases that can be literally put in any corner of your house.
Putting together our ideas and love for minimalistic design with the creative soul of Gintare and the ability of Nata in giving shape to our designs allowed us to create a collection that has a unique flair and that, trust us, will enlighten your home with a touch of rustic coziness.
I’ve been working for NØA + GINGER for a year, promoting the brand’s mission and products by crafting compelling stories for the official blog (+ written contents for the newsletter). My storytelling was aimed both at increasing brand awareness and leveraging the existing customer base to foster future sales. More of my blog posts can be found on NØA + GINGER blog.
